Laying of foundation stone of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Central Model Jame Mosque at Putiakhali
Staff Correspondent: Secretary General and General Secretary of Sheikh Hasina Welfare Rehabilitation Society Md. Kamrul Hasan was present as the chief guest and laid the foundation stone of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Central Model Jame Mosque at Putiakhali in Jhalokati.
[3] The event was organized by the mosque committee on Tuesday, June 6.
[4] Also present on the occasion were the President of the program Md. Rafiqul Islam Liton (CIP), Adv. Khairul Alam Sarfaraz, Md. Zia Haider Khan Liton, Shahidul Islam Palash Talukder, Md. Talukder Nazrul Islam Swapan and many more.
[5] Rafiqul Islam Liton (CIP) of the Mosque Committee said that this mosque will be one of the most modern mosques in the country. The mosque, built with a grant from a Qatar-based donor agency, is being built in the name of the best Bengali Bangabandhu of all time.
[6] After the inauguration, prayers were offered for the welfare of the nation and for the development of the mosque.
